Disney's Contemporary Resort - Walt Disney World®

PIMA's 2006 Convention will be headquartered at Disney's Contemporary Resort PIMA has negotiated special conference rates of $150 single/double, plus tax. To obtain this special rate please mention you are attending the PIMA Convention. Make your reservations early! Once the reserved block of rooms is filled, higher rates may apply. The rate is guaranteed until April 19, 2006, provided that rooms in the PIMA block are still available. Your support of PIMA by staying at the conference hotel is greatly appreciated.

Hotel amenities include newly remodeled rooms, several on-site restaurants as well as access to all restaurants located within Disney World via the monorail which runs through the hotel's 90-foot atrium lobby. For sports enthusiasts recreation abounds - from tennis, golf, a full-service marina offering sailing and water-skiing, to an aquatic playground that includes pools, and a sparkling white-sand beach.

Ground Transportation

Complimentary airport shuttle and luggage delivery is offered through Disney's Magical Express. To use this service please request information at the time you make your hotel reservations. Advance reservations are requested to assure that space is available.

Mears Shuttle also provides airport transportation to most Orlando area hotels. The approximate one-way cost is $16.
